DramaStory provides access to digital entertainment content that is delivered instantly upon successful payment. Once a purchase is completed, the service is considered rendered as the user receives immediate access to the purchased content.

Technical Issues & Service Interruptions

Resolution Process

After review, if it is confirmed that the issue occurred solely due to a technical fault on DramaStory’s platform, the resolution will typically be:

Restoration of access to the purchased content, or Another suitable remedy as determined appropriate Refunds will only be processed if required under applicable laws or in cases where service cannot be delivered at all.

Once approved, refunds will be processed in 5-7 working days.

All refunds will be processed to the origninal payment method.


Dispute & Decision Authority

All refund or service-related decisions are made after internal verification and are considered final and binding once communicated to the user.
